Mohalla Made is how we bring those crafts to the rest of the world.
The idea

Some of India's finest things aren't made in factories. They're made in neighbourhood workshops, by artisans who learned the craft from the people before them.
Mohalla Made brings their work to people who will treasure it. Each piece is made by artisans in their own community, at their own pace, then shipped from India to wherever it's going.
Made by hand, never rushed, and sent with the story of the place it came from.
The first mohalla · Udaipur
It starts by the lake.
Everything is hand crafted in a workshop near Gangaur Ghat in Udaipur, where generational artisans bind the journals and work with leather at their own pace, to make the perfect piece.
That's where Toteaa's launch range comes from: leather journals and bags, each one finished with the name you choose.

Udaipur is the first chapter, not the whole book. In time, Mohalla Made will grow to more neighbourhoods and crafts, one story at a time. We'll only add a mohalla when we can tell its story properly.
